Items must be tried only for size checking and must remain unused.

Item must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or damage

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to lighting, screen display differences, or handcrafted processes:

Slight color variation may occur

Minor design or print variations may occur

These are not considered defects.

Exchange Policy

If replacement size is unavailable, store credit may be offered

Incorrect product delivered

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
